I boought 2017 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from Luxe Motors and it was awesome!
I got there late but Simon working there was willing to wait for me until we finished all the process. (BUY ELSEWHERE)don’t buy here they have and sell nothing but lemons i bout a chrysler 300c from then a few months back the car lasted 29 days right before my warranty expired i told them what happened (my head gasket blew and coolant got in the motor ) they said they would help me ,they didn’t and took my 5000$ down payment along with the car didn’t hear back from them for a while , they call me asking me to pay for the damages that i “ did” to the car .i don’t pay them sheet . and they took my money messed up my credit and got away with it all .

I came by my mom to get a car because her car broke down needed one asap and the gentleman "jake" help me out. Thank God he spoke Spanish. My mom only speaks Spanish. There Pet friendly and very transparent. Thank you luxe motors will be recommending this place! My dad love it.

This place would get zero stars if I could. Simon is helpful until there is an issue, then he’s rude and standoffish. Simon tries to push Zelle payments for EVERYTHING which is really suspicious. They sold us a car which one month to the day after we got it, the transmission went out and it totaled the car. Simon told me to drive the car to their lot with a shot transmission I told him no because it wasn’t safe to drive. “Steven” who’s real name is Huy is the owner, came to get me and told my Harbor Hyundai didn’t know what they were talking about and he would take our car to his guy (which turned out to be some shady toolbox and ez up setup in a junk corner of their lot which you can see from the La Quinta parking lot next door also where I watched our car sit boxed in for the two weeks they had it but Huy claimed he did his job…he didn’t know I had drone pictures of their lot every day watching our car). They gave me a loaner car that smelled like cheap cologne weed. I told Simon and he said yeah he knows, they smoke in the car. Two weeks go by and we had to threaten legal measures to get a refund. Simon tried to make my legal counsel leave the office when I walked in to collect my refund but his tune and Huy’s tune quickly changed when I told them he was my counsel.

We got our money back, the lender got refunded and I’m willing to bet the 2015 silver Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with 137,000 miles on it is back for sale on their lot. Buyer beware. Go to carvana and get you a better used car than this place.

Exceptional service here!!! You will NOT be disappointed by stopping here. We worked with Simon (the best) & we also worked with Jake. Both men were so so soooo helpful in our search for a car. We have been the biggest headache for them & they have not once made us feel as though we were a bother! We went in with not so good credit & they still worked with us! Have referred family members here already & plan to keep spreading word of mouth. Literally, the best. Promise, you won’t be disappointed!
