I have been selling LW Flooring products for many years at my company Southeastern Wood Products LLC in Wilmington, NC!!!! LW Flooring is a great company from product to service!!!!! I look forward to many more years!!!!! And by the way, I have had their Riverstone Collection vinyl plank flooring in my personal house for 4 years!!!!!

Do not buy flooring from this company. We maintain our floors exactly according to their guidelines- sweeping and manually damp mopping without cleaning agents. Within weeks of installing we began noticing the stain flaking away. The “stain” appears closer to a painted surface than a stain and seal. The issue got progressively worse. We finally placed a claim and they suggested that our cleaning methods were the reason the stain was flaking off. We even upgraded to the more durable finish and hickory wood, which should be close to indestructable. Ridiculous. This is just completely incorrect. Even after the inspector came out the issue has continued to get worse. I am so frustrated. This was a dream renovation for us and LW Flooring has turned this into a nightmare. The company continues to take zero responsibility for their defective products.

Terrible flooring!! The finish is coming off the wood floors only months after installation. LW Flooring is not standing behind their product and pointing the blame on us. I would never recommend this flooring company to anyone!!!
