Had an absolutely outstanding time getting open water certified with Luke as an instructor. He’s an amazing teacher who’s patient, kind, and explains everything you need to know thoroughly, especially when answering a question. Luke’s excellent planning and instructing enabled our group to learn all required skills quickly, confidently and easily, and lead to a very pleasant and smooth experience overall. Mad Beach Dive Shop’s rental gear was more than adequate as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 🙂

We had a great experience getting our open water certification with Luke! I was pretty anxious for the initial dives but he was patient with me while I worked through the skills. Our class was small so there was a good amount of individualized instruction and feedback. Highly recommend!

Luke was an amazing open water scuba instructor. He is very thorough and will make sure you are safe in the water. We had two thirteen year old boys in our class and I really liked the way he kept them engaged and accountable. We can't wait to do nitrox and get a few dives under our belt so that we can join him on the advanced course.

Amazing shop. Just finished my open water cert with Luke and he was A+. I had a bad experience with a separate shop/instructor and decided to give it another go. Night and day difference! Will, Luke and the team treated me like family. Luke paid extra attention to ensure everyone in the class was comfortable and overcame any jitters that popped up. We had a fantastic class and everyone walked away all smiles. Get certified here!

I’ve completed my Advanced Open Water, Nitrox, and Rescue course through Mad Beach Dive. Kind instructors that take their time with you if your having trouble and very knowledgeable. They also schedule yearly scuba trips overseas. It makes scuba diving easier in a larger group

I got my open water certification through this shop and my instructor Luke was amazing, he was so patient and made everything clear when giving instructions. If you might be a little nervous and want to make sure you get an excellent instructor, go to Luke 🙂 the experience was so fun and everyone at the shop is really nice
