The owner is always quick to meet me in the parking lot, and this visit was no different. I enjoy stopping in and asking about vehicles I like the looks of. The gentleman is a kind, professional man, and seems to be honest about his vehicles. I haven't purchased one from him, but I have taken a couple for a test drive at a previous stop-in. I will continue checking on his inventory and stopping to ask about any vehicle I am interested in. Who knows one day I may purchase one from him!

I've bought a car off this guy before. I went there to talk to him about another vehicle he was selling and I honestly felt like he was a little rude and told me they didn't in house finance. As I pulled off the lot I seen a big banner out front that said"easy financing". I didn't bother going back and inquiring about the banner, instead I felt like he wasn't worth the time either.

Absolutely would not buy anything from this guy, he sold my little brother his first car that he had bought on his own, he gets
down the road, and it starts raining so he turned the windshield wipers on and they stopped working. So he calls the guy and he said "Oh im already gone"! He gets it home and drives it like a day or so and he has like 6 different code pop up! The car has sat in the driveway the entire time he has owned it! If he continues to treat customers like this he won't be in business long, once word gets around!

No Stars is what I would give them. My husband and I bought a van there and it was the worst experience ever. Horrible customer service and we ended up paying sales tax on a warranty that was cancelled. Awful place

I had a vehicle for sale on market place. Magnet contacted me about buying it. They told me they wanted it and for me to mark it as sold. I was in the process of getting a clean title and told them it could take 2 weeks. I was told that’s ok. No problem. Once I got the title after exactly 2 weeks I contacted Jerry at magnet and told him I was ready to meet and give him the truck. Jerry said it took to long for the title and he no longer wanted it. He also said it he couldn’t give agreed on price but could give $2,000 less than the agreed price. I bought a car in those 2weeks and could have used the truck as a trade in to help with sales tax. Now I’m out $1500 in sales tax because he didn’t take the truck. Basically I can’t trust Magnet Motor Company because they lied to me. Be careful when dealing with them.
