Did not clean and did not paint whole nails and over charged ,never go there again

I will never have my nails done at Mai’s in Brent. Out of desperation I had my nails done there 3 weeks ago. She did an ok job. I had gel polish put on. Today when I went to my regular nail salon the polish was removed with regular polish remover. So I was charged at Mai’s for gel polish and did not receive it. Do not cheat me!!!!

Here visiting family in Brent from Columbus, Ohio. The pedicure I had at Mai Nails was seriously invigorating. The couple were so nice and the price was great. I’ll go back every time I‘m in town.

Whatever you do please DO NOT GO here. Well not for a pedicure at least. The last polished my toes horrible. Then when I was telling her she “acted” as if she couldn’t understand me.

Went to get my nails done. Worst $25 I have ever spent. It was very painful. I felt as if she almost broke the tip of my fingers and my 5 year old can paint nails better than the nail tech. Beyond disappointed.

Been going to them since they opened up in 2004 they are so nice and sweet ❤️.. I'll keep going to them for as long as I can.. this is 2024 so you know they are great ☺️

I took my daughter to get her nails & toes done here & her nails looked horrible the lady use gel on one hand and regular polish on the other hand & it was just messy unprofessional I don't know why she charge my daughter 80 for pedi & nails when it wasn't even worst 50 she did a horrible job her nails was just ugly my daughter was hurt & disappointed about her nails & wasting her money messy nails it was just wrong for her to charge my daughter 80 for so a horrible job shame on her she's on 15.
