A hidden treasure. We don't have these gems in north county. As soon as pandemic is over...you'll recall getting ready for an event and needing a quick piece of matching jewelry. Last minute invitation to the races and need a hat and shoes to match. Prefer not to charge $500. Here you can pick a satin hat matching comfortable heels and a 3 piece costume jewelry set for under $100. Ask for the 'Shoe Executive'. May not be Parada but you still look put together. 💃

I always love the shoes I purchase from this store. They are great value, especially boots & trendy sandals. The sparkly accessories are also a good deal. If you're attending a themed event and you're shopping for something specific try here because you'll be very impressed with what they can offer you. I've purchased clothes from the store as well and all are final sale but I haven't even wanted to return any so that's never been an issue for me. They always offer to let you try it on items and tell you at the register that sales are final so don't play stupid. (You know who you are..) The store is always organized and clean so you can take your time looking around because good deals are not ultra visible, such as the last pair of shoes on a bottom shelf. It's worth the time to take your time here. The staff are always very kind and they offer to hold my intended purchases at the register so I don't have to carry them around the store.

I liked this place, it wasn't busy and the girl working was more than willing to help. it lost one star do to inventory. for men its half a row and not that great but if your a woman than the rest of the store all 3 and a half rows are yours and all four walls so enjoy it may take you three hours to see it all but there sure is a variety.

Calling the Better Business Bureau because they're moving having a sale and one of the sale items they won't honor the sign above the shoes said $7.50. I drove home to get my kids shoe sizes because I w as Excited to be able to get them a pair for Christmas and there was one in each of their sizes in their favorite color. I was psyched. The ticket on the boxes of sneakers I wanted to get my sons said $15.00. So being under a sign that said $7.50 looked like these shoes were on sale. They won't honor the price. This is illegal I repeat it illegal. Some people can't plan for one thing and just afford to pay double. The employee said I don't think it's supposed to be that I'm not sure. I said but it says here they are $7.50. She said yes I know but I don't think it's supposed to be and called someone else who had to come back to store making me late for a Dr appointment and I tried to go but my blood pressure was too high for me to go to the procedure. So I tried to settle the problem. I started to tell the woman that if it's mislabeled it's their responsibility and they have to honor the price, and the sales woman finished my sentence. (She knew the law, the 1st employee said it looked like the sale price. So both affirm I'm within my rights). Then she said I know but the shoes are $15. She said someone moved a sales tag. Me: that's your job is to check your store. She said it's not her store anyway. I said so call Them then. She said no. Long story short. I said so you're not going to honor the price even if I call the Better business bureau. She said no. I asked if she's fine with that and if I posted this on Yelp too. All She said go ahead. I don't post many reviews and not happy to be posting a bad one. But this was disrespectful and demeaning. And as a parent disappointing that I couldn't afford the shoes now.

They have the worst customer service. Lady in register gave me two different sizes at checkout and I work in office with carpet so when I used them once there I felt the great difference of size I came back to return. Lady said “no you cant return, use news paper to stretch them” I couldn’t believe it lol😑. So I threw the shoes in there store bc I’m not gonna be able to use them . Worst shoe store experience!

Pretty decent quality shoes that are inexpensive but the one thing I am so disappointed about is they don't sell the many purses and handbags like they did. That was my main reason for wanting to go there. I loved the styles and the amount of selection they had. I always had a hard time deciding on which one or how many to purchase at one time . They were also all $20.00 and for the quality of the handbags that's a pretty good price. They still sell some but not as many and the prices have increased . That was really a big bummer for me. I still have the ones I bought from there a couple of years ago. But I wish that they still had tem.

The employees are very helpful. Bargains.A large multitude of shoes and sizes and styles. They will check stock if you can't find it on sales floor. Very clean and organized. They sell clothes and accessories too. Will shop there again.
