Great service. Took 7 new keyed doorknobs and deadbolts to get rekeyed. Some already had common key. They figured out most cost effective approach to matching keys. Love their integrity. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

I called at 8:30 am when they opened and told them my key had broken off in the doorknob. They said the dispatcher was not in yet but he would call when he arrived. By 2:00 pm when I had not heard back I called again and was told the guy was supposed to call me but was currently at lunch. I did not receive a call until 2 1/2 hours later at which time I used another company. Apparently his lunch was more important than me getting back into my house.

I don't need lock work often,. but when I do... I go to Manchester Lock and Security. Frank is the man there, always a friendly smile and a professional experience. I went to Home Depot 'twice', and still my new keys didn't work. So I went to Manchester Lock, expected to pay more, and was delighted to see that they charge LESS THAN HOME DEPOT, for a new key. I should have gone there first. Thanks Frank! See you soon.

I’ve been going to Manchester Lock and Keys for years. Today I went to get my lock rekeyed. I put the lock back together in my door and the key wouldn’t come out. So I had to drive back to the store and get the young man to fix it. He apparently didn’t tighten a screw. It was a waste of my time and gas. Disappointed because all he said was sorry.

I needed to get a replacement car door lock matched to my car keys. Went to another locksmith and was referred to Manchester Lock & Security. They were solid! Called first to get pricing, went down and they were able to get me in and out in no less than 20 minutes.

The prices were extremely reasonable, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, just an all-around great experience. Multiple customers had come in and I could tell they were all repeat customers, that sold it for me. I found my lock and security place from this day going forward!

They came to look at a frozen 1950s era house lock. Spent an hour fabricating a replacement part then putting it all together again. Old style craftsmanship. The lock now is quiet and easy to use.

Very pleasant staff with great attitudes. I used them to rekey several locks and added a few things while they were on sight. Efrain was very hard working and did a great job. He was fast and right on time. I would definitely recommend this company. I shopped around before deciding on them and their prices are very reasonable; they were cheaper than a few places I called.
