Omg Mandy is such an amazing person! She made my first home buying process so easy and stress free!!! She was so informative always came with more information than I've asked. Kept us up to date on everything! My husband used her years ago on his first house and she's just so great. I definitely recommend Mandy and her team! They are all fast, and communicate and just work amazingly together! We closed on our beautiful home in a little over a month! An absolute beautiful home! I love it so much! We were introduced to Mandy through a family member who highly recommended her, and she truly lived up to the praise! As out-of-state buyers, our initial communication was entirely through phone, email, and text. When we planned a two-day trip to Oklahoma to view homes, Mandy was an absolute rockstar throughout the process.

She accompanied us to every house, meeting with the sellers' realtors and showcasing her expertise. Many of the realtors we encountered were less experienced, but Mandy’s professionalism and preparation stood out. She thoroughly researched each property beforehand and asked insightful questions that hadn’t even crossed our minds. She was a true advocate for our family every step of the way.

On top of her professionalism, Mandy’s personality made the experience even better. She graciously endured my corny British accent impersonations and jokes (even though, fun fact, she’s British and doesn’t like tea—go figure!).

Did work for her (real estate video) and treated me with nothing but blatant disrespect when all I was trying to do was pin down her revisions for overlays on a video. Belittled and insulted me and my work multiple times even after I was continuing to provide multiple revisions- which I do for every one of my clients because I care about their satisfaction with the final product. This resulted in many snide remarks and comments from her which I am posting below. Found out from multiple real estate colleagues after my nightmarish experience with her that this is a common issue with her. Cannot NOT recommend enough. Lacks basic human decency for service providers and I’m assuming in general.

This review is far too late. Mrs. Mandy was recommended to me by my lender for a VA loan. She was great, showed me numerous properties, with one in Norman not working out after inspections were undesirable. She found me the perfect home in Harrah, and while it took some time to close, the house never went on the market so there was no bidding, and it went very smooth. I couldn't recommend Mrs. Mandy and Cat enough.
