Please let this be a PSA on how to model a business!! We live 4 hours inland from Eureka and we’re over for a vacation. We visited and I picked out a ring I LOVED.
Store is beautiful, staff was super kind, trip was amazing.
A few weeks after coming home, my beautiful ring literally just came apart. The stone came out, the setting came apart.. I called Many Hands and explained. They said I could mail it back. They didn’t have a replacement in stock, but could order one.

Well, yesterday, I received a package from them, free of charge, with a gorgeously packaged replacement ring AND matching earrings “as an apology” they said. I almost cried.
Thank you for honoring my purchase and backing up your products, and for being so honest and communicative. I can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful store with so many beautiful things to buy. You could spend an hour in this store and not see all the jewelery, trinkets, home goods and specialty gifts they offer. We love this place. Very clean store, reasonable prices and helpful staff.

Great gift shop with wonderful service. Came here during First Fridays while visiting from out of town and spent a boat load buying locally crafted goods, funky items, and exploring the many wonders. A great place for gifts for others and yourself. I treated myself to a Krampus!

Dropped in on a rainy day and there was so much to see in one little space. The lady who worked the front counter was so friendly and full of good local advice. We loved all of the merchandise, so much to touch and explore! Great place to do some Christmas or birthday shopping. If you want to decorate your bathroom with a nautical theme (and who doesn't, it only seems right!) the back section of the store is a must see.

Our favorite shop in Old Town! A great place to buy Christmas and birthday presents. They have locally made items as well as things from around the world. I love the jewelry, soap rocks, pottery, and fun unique treasures you can’t find anywhere else. The owner and salespeople are super nice, too!

This little store is full, top to bottom, with wonderful gifts, trinkets and treasures. I'm a fan of their locally sourced arts and crafts and recommended them often. Great location in Old Town. Knowledgeable and kind staff. Wonderful variety. ❤️
