I cannot say enough positive feedback about my experience in this location. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon to browse before making a purchase on Saturday. I spent time talking with the manager, forgive me I am so bad with remembering names. I believe her name is Alyssa. She was absolutely amazing. Genuine conversation both sales and casual. Made me feel at ease. This translates to her associates, as the next day went back with my friend who needed way more time deciding and the associates working that morning were amazing. Same ease, so genuine. We finally both made our purchases later in the day for new purses and little wallets. Bonus we were able to get matching bracelets and so thankful for all the help of the staff. Very thankful for your time and generosity. Also the personal touch of offering little water bottles for us while we were shopping. Top notch.

I stopped by Marc Jacobs in Tampa just to browse and had no plans to buy anything, but I ended up finding a purse I absolutely loved. Jordyn was awesome! She was super friendly, upbeat, and really knew her stuff.

She was so patient and even held the purse for me while I checked out other stores. Honestly, she made the whole experience so easy and fun.

Next time I’m in Tampa, I’ll definitely be back. Jordyn is the best—she deserves a raise! Thanks again for such a great experience!

I had an amazing experience shopping at Marc Jacobs, all thanks to Jordyn! From the moment my sister and I walked in, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. Not only was she super friendly, but she was also very informative, taking the time to help me find the perfect everyday bag. Marc Jacobs was one of the last stores we went into before heading home, and we were greeted with the loveliest sales assistant Kylie. She made my grandmother and I feel very at ease and was beyond helpful! I ended up purchasing a beautiful bag for myself, and even left and came back to purchase a second for my mum!

Kylee is absolutely the best. I had a product that had a defect and she did everything possible to help with replacing the item or providing credit. We live in Indiana and she personally sent me pictures of all the products that met my criteria of what I wanted. She went above and beyond to assist with my new purchase and this type of customer service is so appreciated. Give her a raise as she is an incredible asset to your company!!

I walked into my first Marc Jacobs store and was greeted by Jamia. She was very personable very knowledgeable showed me a couple different things about a bag I was looking at. When I was ready to check out, she was right there. I am very impressed with her and the fact that she texted me a couple of days later to see how I was enjoying my new bag. If you are ever in this area stop in and ask for Jamia, you won’t regret it I promise!

Drove an hour and 30 minutes to the store! They answered my calls for questions, Jordyn was very informative, nice, helpful, she sent me photos of selections, offered her opinion for the bag that would fit my needs! When I arrived I was greeted instantly and able to try on multiple bags without feeling rushed, she told me about the deals in store and everything! In and out in no time! I will definitely be back! Beautiful clean store too, lots of parking near lots of other shops and great food!
