Great experience shopping and purchasing here. Ronnie was very patient with all my questions and the time I needed to decide, he offered good advice and he didn't pressure me to purchase any specific model. Brandon and Tony did a great job with installation, were very polite and professional, left the area clean, and kept to the estimated installation time frame. After a very bad experience at a chain hardware store, Martin's saved the day. It took one phone call, ordered the washer/ dryer from a very knowledgeable salesperson and received delivery on time. Wade and Jake were great. Hauled away old stuff and installed new. Tested it before they left and were so courteous, and friendly. They were respectful of my home. They were cheaper than the chain store too. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

Davon and Brandon were awesome in removing the broken refrigerator and bringing in the new one and setting it up and showing me how to work the settings. I have had a great experience the whole way around with Martin Appliance. Holli Oberholtzer was wonderful to help me pick out the best refrigerator for my space. Martin Appliance will be my new go to for any future appliances! I just love the atmosphere at Martin Appliance. They make you feel so welcome when you walk into the store. I had a wonderful experience with Martin's appliance.
They've been around for a long time and have excellent customer service and excellent employees.
I've purchased appliances from Home Depot , Costco and Lowe's. Shotty delivery experiences and customer service.
I did have an issue with my first stove delivery.
I reached out to them immediately and they responded back immediately. We discussed rectifying my issue and they did within days.
They stand behind the products that they sell.

You have to know that when you're purchasing appliances these days they're only built to last 5 to 10 years.
You cannot blame that on an appliance sales company.
The best that they can do is have great customer service.
My experience was excellent.
I will be buying my future appliances from Martin's.

Very happy with the selection they offer, the quick availability of delivery and the no pressure sales. I also feel that the extended warranty they offer is reasonably priced.
The delivery team did a great job and took their time and made sure I was happy with our new refrigerator. They put down mats to protect our floor and were extremely respectful of our home.

Just had a washer/dryer stack unit delivered and installed by Wade and Elijah. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and showed up promptly. Their friendliness and courtesy was exceptional. They were very conscientious and professional in their actions. The unit was installed in a surprisingly timely manner. These two men certainly know what to do and how to get it done right, showing they are certified knowledgeable installers. I will highly recommend Martin’s Appliance to all of my friends and family.
