Very disappointed with Marvins in Thomasville, with management and employees. I was told management comes in only during the morning times and not at all towards the later part of the day time shift. Employees could not help me at all with my questions about my pole saw that I had just recently bought that just stopped working all together. Went the next morning and Management told us that we would need the original box to be able to possibly return it and even then there was no guarantee. Just wanted to exchange it for a working pole saw. I don’t know many people who would keep the original boxes. Needless to say I will not be back.

Everytime I visited this store I walk around like a zombie. Everyone sitting at the middle desk talking loud, and playing. Never does anyone ask you do you need help. I basically have to walk around the whole store before I find what I'm looking for.

I literally Just walked in to Marvin's in Thomasville Alabama and not a single employee in sight. I went and got my Items and stood by the register for over 5 mins until I just left. There was a person sitting in the middle not trying to help anybody. She should be fired. She looked right at me twice and offer zero assistance. Another lady came from another area in the store needing help had to walk all the way over to the employee in the middle to get some assistance. Wow. I'll just order Amazon thanks.

can never get anyone to help u inside store, half the time u ask a,employee can u tell me if u have anymore of this or when u all will get more in. response u get is I don't know. also majority of time sticker price is not the correct price. I prefer to shop with Dozier Hardware due to there excellent customer service and great knowledge of merchandise.
