I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your Maserati service department. I have been a Maserati driver for the past seven years and have never encountered such issues before.

I brought my car in because the middle console and everything under the radio on the dashboard were not working. My car is still under warranty, but I was informed that the problem was due to "outside influence" and not covered. Your technicians found fluid inside a sealed box, with no evidence of an external liquid spill. There was also a sticky fluid on my door, which appeared to have been sprayed with the door open, as well as a non-sticky liquid on the inside top side.

I was instructed to call Maserati directly, and after explaining the situation, I was told that there was nothing they could do since the local shop reported liquid inside. However, I was advised to get a second opinion from a different Maserati shop.

When I picked up my car, the part that had been removed looked like the attached picture. After speaking with service manager TJ, I thought the issue would be resolved correctly. However, I did not receive a follow-up call, but instead a survey to review my experience.

5 stars! My experience today at the St. Petersburg Maserati dealership was exceptional. All my previous interactions with the service team have been excellent too. Today the service team was professional and efficient, completing the work on time and keeping me informed. Thanks, Madeline and Alexis. My car was returned in spotless condition (nice job to the detailing guy). Ernesto in sales was helpful, friendly, and patient, taking the time to understand my needs and offering options without pressure. Thank you all around for a top-notch experience.

In my search for an Audi e-tron, I came across this dealership and service was top tier from day 1. Suzanne was great from the personalized video tour of the car, concierge service from the airport, to the bank and on to the dealership where the process flowed smoothly. Not only was she great at her profession, but it was also a pleasure conversing with her along our journey. I highly recommend this dealership overall, and ask for Suzanne!!

Currently reminiscing while having my vehicle serviced for a tire. I have owned my Maserati Ghibli since 2024 and I’ve had no problems! Maurizio went above and beyond when I was looking for my perfect fit! It took me a few days to make my choice. I never felt rushed or pressured. I fell in love with a 2015 Maserati Ghibli, low miles, like around 35,000. I have no complaints , so far the service team has been wonderful. Madelyn, is very attentive and quick to answer any questions or concerns that I have. Kenny is a wonderful technician. I’m thankful I bought my first Maserati from here, where it was originally sold.

Purchased a vehicle in October 2024. Sales team and staff were all friendly and helpful. Happy with the vehicle, although I never received the Registration to the vehicle as promised. After calling numerous times in the past 4 months, Ricardo has yet to return my calls or send me the Registration as promised. A slight inconvenience and overall not the best way to conduct business. Aside from that, the dealership is clean and I had a positive experience with process.

This dealership refused to take my MOPAR Coverage but yet filed a claim with them essentially committing fraud. Despite proving I had coverage with the contract the Warranty Advisor called the dealership where I purchased the vehicle questioning my integrity. This fraud has been reported to the National Insurance Crime Bureau. What you have done is highly illegal and since you knew better and conduct intentional I will be asking for treble damages. You’re taking your chances here. And they knew I was an Army Veteran. My second car fob was stolen and Cuban cigarettes left in my glove compartment.

Scam artists at their best. Listed a blue maserati grecale for sale and acted like they did me a favor by bringing down the price when the car has been sitting on their lot for 60 days and counting! They didn’t care to mention the damage on the front grill that I was lucky enough to see in person while it was raining outside. When brought to their attention, they said “it’s used and it’s in the pictures.” Total B.S. To top it off, the miles were nearly 20% higher than advertised!

Dishonesty at its finest. Salesman, general manager, and even the owner all proved to be scammers. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. I found another Grecale in Sarasota on the same day. Smooth transaction done right by honest sales people, not con artists.
