Laid back down-to-earth and let me try out every single bed I absolutely love it not to mention that warehouse is close enough that you don't have to drive too far just a couple miles . I'm already using it and covered up a stuff LOL

Have purchased several mattresses from mattress firm in the last several years. Tried to warranty one out because it was collapsing in the middle due to a broken spring. The spring had pushed through the bottom of the mattress and damaged the box. When I took pictures and sent them in I was told that The box had damaged my mattress even though it was the other way around and they would not warranty it out. I was offered a 10% off. My next purchase would never purchase anything from mattress firm again.

I had gone into Mattress Firm over a year ago to look over some mattresses and decided to get one somewhere else, which I totally regretted now. This time I was able to look around at my own leisure with plenty of help and experience from Todd. No pushy salesman, no big hurry and no big well let's just keep putting add-ons and up selling. Todd was able to explain every mattress that we looked at in detailed of the quality and the ins and outs. I finally decided on a mattress which I wasn't going to buy that day cuz I never buy anything without giving it 24 hours. That was no problem with him he was glad to help me out and long story short I had come in the next day and purchased a mattress for myself and it was able to be delivered on Sunday. I was very happy with the sales people I was very happy with the delivery guys even though I was messing with them too much scared the hell out of him about well I'll save that one. And I am sleeping very comfortable right now. Very comfortable on my back and definitely very comfortable on my side. Whereas before my shoulders would hurt like crazy if I laid on my side and anytime that I got up in the morning I was always kind of achy and barely moving around but this mattress has made a big difference. Very happy customer

Zoe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my “shopping” day. No pressure to purchase. Learned a lot about different brands and the modern evolution of sleep habits and needs. Came back the next day to purchase, but it was her day off. The other employee (forgot his name, sorry) was very helpful in organizing the purchase and delivery, and schooled me in the use of the base remote. Looking forward to putting my new bed to use!
