Our experience at Mattress Firm in Pompano Beach far exceeded 5 stars!! I know how helpful reviews can be & didn’t want to miss this opportunity to point out why our experience was so amazing. First off, welcome back Jason! Jason was our Sleep Expert & had been working at another location but recently made his way back to the Lighthouse Point location. Not only was he super informative but, he listened to what our needs were. Like actually listened!! There was no sales pressure or verbatim pitch from Jason, he was truly himself and interested in what we were looking for. Not to forget, his personality made it a fun couple of hours while searching for our new bed. Carlos was also helpful and approachable, thank you Carlos! I highly recommend this location and promise you won’t be disappointed. We finally got a wonderful nights sleep in a comfy bed with many thanks to Jason’s help. The cost of comfort is truly priceless. We will be returning customers as long as Jason and Carlos are there!! Thanya & I send our thanks and will be referring anyone that needs a reputable place to go!! I’m glad we made the longer drive to this store…definitely not a trip wasted 😁

P.S. Consider an adjustable base to go with your new mattress! Omg they make all the difference and I’ll never go without one again!!!

We were noticed and greeted immediately by Jason even though he was attending to another client. Jason educationed us on the variety of options to chose from. We talk concerning sleeping positions which helped us narrow down our options. Jason was very informative not only for mattresses but for a good night of rest. We purchased a mattress, propwmer pillows, protection plan , bedding protectors, sheets. Thank you Jason for allowing us to try out multiple options and patiently guided us through the process. Thank you Jason for all of your effort you put into us finding the perfect fit.

Jason, the sleep expert at the Pompano Beach location on Federal, took his time to help us understand the importance of sleeping properly and securing the mattress that best fit us. I felt as though I was with a medical expert, as he took his time to truly ensure that we understood how our spine and alignment affected our sleep. The salesman was very knowledgeable and he Took me to the right mattresses that did very well, and told me pricing and then said there was a $300 Discount, however, when he was doing the pricing, he was putting that discount in forward and Giving me prices that Already had the $300.00 discount in mind. So my calculations were off by $300 and I did tell him at the end that I did not appreciate that he was not forthcoming.

I would like to make a Statement and a retraction. The salesman contacted me and apologized for the verbal mishap and he did award me another $300 discount as I was not aware that he was deducting it as he was pricing items. However, I told my sister about the situation and she said that she did hear him say that the price would be with the discount of $300. So clearly that was my error and I will need to also make amends for that. I would definitely revisit this store as this was very generous and clearly honest. The salesman’s name was Anthony.
