Matt was super friendly and cool in helping me choose a mattress. He didn't pressure me, just laid out the options. Mattresses were fairly priced considering their high quality. Mine was shrink-wrapped in a box so I was able to take it home myself, right then and there. Great experience overall!

Matt was amazing and made the process of purchasing a new mattress easy! He was the lone staff on hand but made sure he was checking in on us while helping two other customers. Took my wife's concerns very seriously and was very knowledgeable. Great selection to try out as well.

Matt is excellent! I’m in the middle of a nightmarish move and trying to order a mattress online was driving me over the edge. Called the store in a rotten mood with what I thought to be a complex request. He had the whole situation sorted out in less than 5 minutes. Everything was easy and straightforward, and I’m so excited for my new mattress.

I’ve had to deal with so many people for so many services etc this week, and shopping with Matt was by far the easiest experience I’ve had.
Thanks for reminding me that not everything has to be a complicated nightmare. 100% recommend this location and him specifically if you need a mattress.

Came in not knowing much about mattresses. Got help from John Paul and he was super accommodating and helpful in showing me various options. Better experience than I could’ve ever expected and walked out with an amazing new mattress. Will definitely be bringing my friends n family here!

We had been researching mattresses online for a couple weeks and decided to give Mattress Firm a shot when we didn’t feel like we were making any progress. Matt answered our questions and helped us sort through the information we had read online. We tried more mattresses than I can count and changed our minds a few times. Matt was super patient and helpful, never putting any pressure on us to buy anything. In the end, we got a great deal (even better than the ones we saw online) on a mattress, mattress cover and bed frame that we’re really happy with so far. We’ll definitely go back next time we’re looking to buy a mattress.
