Highly recommend! The manager name is Mason and he was outstanding. Not only did he take care of our tire repair right away, but he also saved us from having to buy a whole new tire. You can tell he really cares about his customers. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. This was hands down some of the best service I have had at any auto shop.

I had a flat tire after traveling out of town for my uncle’s funeral, and Mason at Mavis Discount Tire truly came through for me. On an already difficult and emotional day (and in the sweltering heat), Mason went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got back on the road safely. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference. He is truly an asset to the company, and I’m so grateful for the help he provided when I needed it most. Exceptional service! Mason (manager) was a huge help literally from the start. With just over an hour left open on a Saturday evening (i hate to do that from experience!) they were happy to help. Mason came out to my car and found the nail in my tire immediately. Within 30 minutes I had a new tire on the wheel and was on my way. Mason even brought the tire into the garage and back out to my car for me (It was off another car). Prices were great and I was given several choices and price points. I’m planning on bring the car back for the other 3 tires asap. Thanks so much!

Sharing my experience today with Mason and his team at Mavis in Thorndale as I started my day with a flat tire. Headed to their shop and with kindness and patience, they were able to fit me in and repair the tire. Great mechanics!!! I needed a new battery which I thought would be simple. 2 Auto parts stores and Walmart all turned me away due to my car being a Mercedes and wouldn’t install. After being frustrated and jumping my car for 3 days straight I called Mavis…I Spoke to Mason on the phone and he got me in that same day and quoted a great price compared to others. My battery change was challenging (due to the age of parts/make of the car) but they guys promised they would get the job done, and they did!! They also kept me informed the entire time.

Also big shout out to the talented young techs Sylas, Claude, and Phillip for not turning away a job most other shops would. You guys have a new customer. Will be back for set of tires soon. Thanks again!

Guys at Mavis are great with fixing tires and saving a tire than making you buy new one. DONT GO TO YOUR CAR DEALER TO FIX YOUR TIRE...
Long story short... I went to Chevrolet Dealer where I bought my car at. I needed oil change and tire leak fix. All I got is this as you see on the picture. They ruined my tire and told me to buy a new one and they have it in stock... I said I don't want new tire I don't have money. They said they won't fix it.
I brought it to Mavis 3 weeks ago a day after delay denied fixing tire... guys from Mavis said its fixable and they will also fix a dig that Miracle achevy mechanics ruined.. 3 weeks past.. I have same air pressure and I saved money and REFER MAVIS TO ANYONE! GREAT JOB GUYS!!

I had an excellent experience with Mavis Discount Tire . I came in with a tire with low pressure, and Mikey & Claude quickly diagnosed the issue, explained my options clearly, and got me back on the road in no time. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were impressive.

Not only was the service fast, but the pricing was fair, and they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my tire and maintenance needs.

I had never been to Mavis before, but I was en route to work on the road for a few days with my manager and a fellow employee...my tire begins hissing with a leak. Mason is quick, attentive, and thorough and patched the leak within mere moments....and voila! I am returning to the road within 15 minutes! Top notch service and I will return to Mavis again due to this excellent and unexpected experience. I highly recommend this shop due to Mason's customer service skills and management.

Scheduled my truck to have new tires put on before me and my wife left for a trip for 10 o'clock, got a call at 10:01 before my wife arrived to drop the truck off and was told by the manager that my tires had not even arrived yet. My wife waited with the truck from 10-12 when the tires finally arrived, she then waited till 1 and they had yet to even take the truck into start working on putting the tires on. She had a doctors appointment at 2 that she had to go for so she told the manager that she could not wait anymore and that it would have to be rescheduled. The manager then proceeded to make it seem like my wife’s fault that the tires were not put on. When I called to make sure I could come down tomorrow she said “well yea the tires did arrive late but I told you and your wife could not wait”. It’s not got practice to blame the customer for something not happening after her waiting 3 hours for what should had been a hour job, they also could had called when they opened and rescheduled us coming down. I was at work all day and my wife missed out on money at work and I won’t be getting my deposit back because after the manager disrespected my wife I will not be going down tomorrow or will I ever go back again.
