I'd highly recommend this place! I think the prices are reasonable compared to other places I'd looked at & everyone is so nice and helpful. David is who took care of me through the process & he was just very good at keeping me updated and keeping everything lighthearted which is important to me because car troubles are stressful!! Everyone else in the shop was very kind and helpful too; I'll be going back for routine maintenance for sure.

My experience with Mavis Tires& Brakes was awesome. I called ahead of time and spoke with Jacob who was super accommodating and got me in same day. Upon arrival I felt at ease as Jacob and Hayden explained everything that needed to be done as well as price and time frame of completion. I also had my two kids with me who were made very comfortable (refreshments and tablet chargers). Awesome service and great employees!

Great place with friendly and professional service. Went in on a Sunday with a tire I needed repaired because I had an appointment early Monday morning. They were busier than I had expected and I figured I would be there for quite some time. Hayden waited on me, did the paperwork and took my keys. He then pulled my car around put on some gloves and did the repair himself. I was in and out in no time. Definitely appreciated him going above and beyond to take care of us.

Stopped in to address a squeaky suspension. They diagnosed in a timely fashion. They gave a quote at a reasonable price, and I authorized the repairs as I trusted their diagnosis. Worked with Jacob at the front desk and Dan did the repairs. I have been coming here for the last two years and they have always been trustworthy.

Was worried they were gonna have some sort of hidden fees or were gonna try really hard to up-sell me when I initially walked in. But it was quite the opposite! By the time all was said and done I walked out of there with 2 new tires, installed and insured, for less then my initial quote over the phone! Great service and friendly people!
