Excellent customer service. I bought blower/vacuum from them for $40 less than it was listed on Amazon. The consultant started the blower, gave me a few tank of gas. They also sold me the ace 50:1 has mixture and told me that would double my warranty

I absolutely LOVE the associates that assisted me today (Liza, Janet and Bruno). First off let me just say I really appreciate how each of them took time to address questions that I had, they also made recommendations for a few upcoming projects. I felt bad that I took up their time, but they never rushed helping me and all 3 of them were SUPER nice and sweet! I was actually on my way to home depot to buy what I need, but I ended up buying everything at Ace because of the stellar, excellent customer service received. It was a big purchase. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the 3 of y'all who assisted me in what I needed. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!💕😊

This is my go to place . They have all those little hard to find things that the other places don't have. The staff is very knowledgeable and very quick to help always it with a smile on their face. I've started to go here before before I go to lowes and home depot they tend to have a better and more detailed selection especially when it comes to hardware. Not to mention you're always greeted with a smile .

I went there for a quick propane tank refill. Employees will always welcome you when you get in, they are very helpful and polite. It didn’t even take 5 mins, when we figure out that my propane tank was almost full 🙂

Disgusting. According to Google, these guys updated their hours merely one hour ago to reflect a 1900 closing time. So, yeah, I drive out to Sugar Land and... it's closed. Great job, guys. Just... great job. As a practical point of advice from someone who has since moved on from successfully running retail outlets, I would advise you that a reputation for reliability and consistency are key to your survival as a small business. And today, you managed to clothesline yourself on that relatively low hurdle.
