I couldn’t be happier with Medicap in Glenpool. I switched my prescriptions from one of the big national chains about a year ago. Medicap always fills my prescriptions quickly and the process to pickup my prescriptions is fast and efficient.

Went in for something just over the counter. They showed me they had it, but then took my name and birthdate, for some reason. Said it would be just a minute, despite the fact that it was sitting right beside the register and I was the only one there. Then all three of the people there just ignored me for a good five minutes. I walked out without another word said. Bizarre.

My elderly mother, who lives 100 miles away, caught the Coronavirus. We could not find Paxlovid anywhere in her area. I called the WalMarts in her area. They did not have it and did not know when they would get it. Called the Walgreens. Nothing. I was at my wit's end. So, I did what I should have done in the beginning: I called Medicap. I knew if they didn't have it, they would be able to tell me what to do. They had it! I was thinking they wouldn't have it because, after all, not even WalMart could get it. They did a couple of faxes with my Mother's pharmacy and had it arranged so I could pick up the medicine and take it to my Mother. Mom's ok now.

Also, they were able to get the Pfizer bivalent vaccine before even the Tulsa Health Department had it. Got vaccinated yesterday(9/8/22).

If you have a pharmacy related problem, call these guys first. They do a good job.

I like this phamacy more than walgreens for service and medication availability. The hours arent 24/7 And they aren't open all day on saturdays and they are closed on Sundays. This can be a difficulty. But the service makes it worth it. They are always helpful with insurance issues as well as getting meds filled in a timely manner. Ill choose medi-cap over any other pharmacy near me!
