Buying our home from Megg Homes was a good experience, but this review comes from Greg & Matt stepping up to help fix issues that occurred 8 months after.
The floors in our home began to split and warp. I contacted the flooring company who originally did it, and they were no help.
Once I reached out to Greg, he had Matt contact me immediately to inspect.
They sent another floor company out to remove all the flooring and address the prepping & subfloor all with amazing attitudes.
The fact that Megg was willing to put up their money and effort to rectify another contractors mess up meant a lot to me.
It is hard to get everything perfect with renovations on a 100 year old home, but Megg kept their word and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

I will gladly recommend Megg Homes.

I had numerous issues with Megg Homes Realty LLC. It is essential to conduct your own inspection as they cut corners on everything they “renovate”, from the quality of the paint to the overall construction. It didn’t take 6 months before issues sprung up. Despite claiming a "new roof," i failed to locate builder permits to resolve a roofing leak. The attic insulation is below standard yet was signed off on. This combined with a large hole behind the AC unit where the walls were left unfinished made it impossible for the unit to keep cool during the summer average 80 degrees during the day. The carpet installation was so poor that cleaning companies refused to touch it. It is important to hold these people accountable before making a purchase, as they do not care once they have your money. I hope this review helps those considering working with Megg Homes Realty LLC. You will pay more out of pocket down the line, than the initial expense of a trusted home inspector.

I agree with the poor reviews. The craftsmanship of the renovation is very poor quality. As a first time home purchase, this has been one disappointment after another. It actually sent me into a deep depression. I had to replace the roof a few months after I bought the home because it was leaking everywhere with the summer rain. Then the garage is being eaten by termites so bad that a 2x4 hit the well water pipe and I woke up water shooting out everywhere flooding everything. The 1930's septic tank is antiquated and no modern septic company will fix it. The distribution box covers are rigged with corrugated panel and everytime it rains, dirt pours into it and I have huge dips in my lawn over the area. God knows what is happening to the sewage. They left holes everywhere in the walls and didn't seal cracks so bugs get in. They grout in the shower tile is just falling out. The floor tiles are cracking. They installed the kitchen sink improperly on granite using a thin layer of silicone and it just fell in. The 2nd hand appliances like the fridge and dishwasher keep breaking. It's been a total nightmare how cheaply they flipped this house. Shame on you MEGG homes.
