The sales associate was not helpful and didn't discuss the additional cost to us . She was just complain about being tired and not eating all day. Very lazy person.

I called asking for just a wire charger for my phone. When I got there Ms. Diana greeted me, she was super sweet. I told her I had called for a charger she already had the charger waiting for me so checkout would be fast and smooth. She had great customer service. I had left and realized I needed an extra box so I went back and Diana was already helping a customer so she had called for Ms. Carmen. Carmen came and helped me out. (While she was on her lunch). Not only did Ms. Carmen help me for what I was looking for she also called other stores to see if they had what I needed. No one seemed to have the box I was looking for so Carmen went above and beyond and gave me her personal charger as an apology. From the way it seems all metro stores are super under stock...thank you again to these 2 lovely ladies

The employees are nice enough but definitely focused on upselling. Also aside from the phones none of the other products sold there have prices on them. So you have to ask, that should change.
