I stopped by Michaels to get some supplies for a costume my son is working on. I could barely maneuver around the store! Every aisle had Uboats and shopping carts filled with merchandise. I believe this is a fire hazard and very dangerous! The fire department needs to be notified. The store seems to be very unorganized. Items are marked with incorrect pricing. I provided an extra star because the cashier was so nice and friendly.

I went to find flowers and I saw that the sign said 60% off spring flowers. So I thought well I would buy those ones. I took my time to choose the flowers I wanted. I then took them to the register. This was the Hoover Location. The lady that was at the register never “ greeted “ us. This was on May 20 th around 11:00 am . She was “ rude” at best. I gave her the flowers to ring up. And she picked thru them. And then said these are not on sale. I told her there is a “ huge sign “ that says 60% off. It’s sitting right where I picked up the flowers. She said they didn’t ring up that way. Well I said “ that’s false advertising “. I asked to speak with a manager . She “ rolled her eyes” then proceeded to walk to the back! The supervisor came out and I showed her where the 60% off sign was sitting. I thought she would say it is sitting in the “ wrong place”. But instead she said it is sitting in the “ right place. So I said it says 60% off. She appeared to be confused! So I again asked her if she would give me the ADVERTISED AMOUNT? She said NO! I told her this is “ false advertising “ and to remove the sign. She said she was not going to give me the advertised price! I will not be going back! “False advertisement at its worst!! And the cashier had a very “ bad” attitude! Bad experience all the way around!

There are always great deals and a great selection at Michaels. It is my go to store for my craft hobbies and photo frames.
The curbside pickup was great. I was barely parked before the staff member was walking out with my items.
Definitely check them out for your supplies.

Do NOT have anything framed here! My two framed posters were presented to me in bad condition, two weeks after I had dropped them off (it was supposed to be 5-10 days). The frames were scratched, the clear acrylic was scratched in multiple places, and the paper backing was peeling off so badly that the poster wasn’t flush with the “glass.” When I pointed these problems out, the staff’s attitude was sullen and unhelpful. I left the frames and a week later had not heard anything. I finally called corporate customer support, who got a district manager involved. He gave me a discount and tried to help me, but apparently had to make the framing staff re-frame my posters twice before they were satisfactory. I took them home even though they were still not well done. For one, the brackets were installed not even close to level and protruding out the side of the frame (see photo)—my husband had to reinstall them. I’ll never use this store again!

Well stocked and friendly staff! Front registers were lined up with people. A nice manager showed me how to download their app and purchase for store pickup online and soon I made my purchase, skipped the long line and was happily out the door with my package!

They moved the online purchase pick up to the front classroom of the store. You dont find that out until you walk all the way to the back where all of the signs are telling you to go back to the front and see a cashier. ?

Slows the online pick up process down quite a bit because you still have to stand in the regular line to see a cashier, who then has to call a manager, who then has sends someone out to classroom. There were 2 employees in the classroom but no one holding your bag ready. Still had to do a check out process.

Plus classroom makes you feel all closed in. Dont forget to have your id for pick up.

Could have just went in store shopped as normal. It would have taken same amount of time. Hopefully they will fix that process to flow better.

Besides that the employee's were very nice and helpful and the store was clean.

Love the clearance aisle! I found a great paint set and the price scanner is very convenient. Friendly staff.

Stopped on a road trip to pick up a 12x12 halloween paper pack. I searched all of the halloween items and then paper crafts with no luck. Found a male associate to ask if he's seen them and he rushed to get rid of me telling me that they'de be with halloween and that's all out... The store was a complete mess and there was stacks of boxes about 6 ft tall x 8 ft wide x 10 ft long and about 6 - 8 carts of boxes... but all Halloween is out. Only leaving 2 stars because the one female associate was extremely friendly.
