I've been going to this music shop (instruments, instructions, supplies) since I moved here. I've seen it go through its ups and downs, and it's always been the #1 shop in town. They have always been great when it came to selection, however; due to Covid their selection has gone down. I only found electronic pianos but a good acoustic/ electronic guitar selection. Go and see what you think.

Rude staff who treat customers like an inconvenience. Extremely slow for a basic repair on my instrument. I was told a one-week turnaround…..3 months later and the work still isn’t done, and they give me the runaround when I call to check on it. Next time I need anything, I’m going to OKC, rather than giving them my business

Friendly and helpful staff for the most part. Guitar strings were buy one get one free at the time I bought mine which was pleasant surprise. This location mostly caters to school band consumeables and has a selection of Ibanez, fender and PRS guitar, basses, keyboards and drums and all associated accessories in stock but what they don't have I'm sure they can order and the prices are reasonable. Not a lot of live audio equipment here but this is no guitar center conglomerate. Ma and Pa shop. Overall friendly experience here and good place to get info on instrument repairs service.

Sherry was absolutely rude for no reason at all. I called at 3:53 to ask if she would be there 3 minutes late as my guitar string broke and I live 10 minutes away. She said “we close right at 4” and hung up on me.

Listen, it’s understandable you don’t want to stay late but you can be polite about it.
Another classic example of small towns knowing they have a monopoly over supplies since there’s limited options. Good thing it’s 2019 and I can order on amazon!

Poor service. I walked in and asked if I could play test a trombone, and was told they did not have anything with a large bore to fit my mouthpiece, when I very obviously saw one. Got glared at after I asked if they were positive they didn’t have one.

This store is a joke. Drumsticks for 22 dollars? Literally every other store in the worl.sells them for 11. Even online. Do us a favor close down and go back to where you came from. I can only imagine how obwr priced the rest of your products are.
