they fixed a glass pane (along with a couple wooden pieces) of my jewelry box that was passed down to me from my grandmother! it took them less than 24 hours and cost me less than a starbucks drink. i could not recommend them more!

I recently attempted to utilize Miller Glass for a project. I reached out to them and told them what I needed. I received a quote via email from the sales representative I was working with which I then with the client I was representing. Based on the price point that was given in the initial quote my client decided to go ahead with the project. When I reached back out to the sales representative to get the details finalized, a manager took the phone from him and said that The initial quote was a mistake. He then went in to say it was actually going to be $1000 more than I was initially quoted.

My clients rely on me to be as transparent and accurate as possible. Due to the gross oversight on their end it caused me to lose a client. In this business it is important to be as precise and detailed as possible.

The glass top on my coffee table shattered, so I called around to a few companies and Miller Glass was the most reasonable. I stopped in and brought it to them and two gentleman helped me unload and carry it inside. I brought a piece of the broken glass with me to compare what was in it before and they suggested that I go with a thicker glass to keep it more secure. The person took their time explaining and brought out samples, and didn’t pressure me on going with the thicker piece but just offered it in terms of being more sturdy. Dropped off on a Wednesday and I got a call letting me know it was ready that following Monday. Customer service was great and the thicker glass fits better than the one that came in the table originally. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend. I needed a piece of glass cut today to repair a door so that I could secure a house after EMS had to break it to enter. I called them up and told them my situation. Most companies would have said it will be tomorrow, not Miller’s they cut it and had it ready for pickup as I was pulling in the parking lot. I can’t thank them enough. Thank you Miller’s for your help it means more than you know!!

Miller Glass upgraded my office space by putting glass on my conference room table and desk. Not only did they do an amazing job of installing the glass, Luke and Keith came in with such great energy and made my Wednesday morning better. They were quick, positive, and so professional. They made sure my desk and table were clean and then they cleaned it again. After the installation they cleaned the glass until I could see my reflection. My office space looks so much better with the glass desk overlap and glass over the conference room table. I am extremely happy with the end result.

They installed glass for a shower about 10 years ago and today it still looks like new. Some areas needed to be caulked again so I called to see if they would do that. That is not a normal request but they were still willing to do it. They went beyond what I thought would be done. They removed the old caulk, cleaned the mildew and recaulked They could tell that water was getting under the clamps so they also removed those, cleaned and recaulked They have been awesome taking care of anything that I needed. I also recommended them to my mother in law and she was happy with their service.

I booked Miller Glass company for a quote and the wait time was over a month. I agreed to the wait and scheduled a date and time for them to come out. I was ready to spend whatever I needed to get my windows sealed. There was no email confirmation, no sign that they scheduled me in. I called on the day they were supposed to show and they pushed me to two days later. Two days later I called and they again pushed me out to the following week.
The lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable. There is no way I could do business with this company.

If they had taken initiative to reschedule with me, I would have been understanding, but that was not the case. I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate them, only to have them change it on me last minute when I called.

Millers is always on target. They come through whether it's a brand new beautiful bath Enclosure or reparing a Broken window. Their customer service is impeccable. As another contractor who uses their service I really appreciate their attention to detail.
