Mill's Pharmacy in Gardendale is the friendliest drug store I've ever encountered. Hunter, the pharmacist, Emily, a tech, just couldn't be nicer. Honestly, everyone that works there is incredibly wonderful. They go above and beyond for their customers and truly work to help you. When you are very ill, it's nice to see a smiling face. Even when you don't need medicine, they have a warm gift shoppe. This store is a gem in Gardendale. We are blessed!

I just have to say that mills in general is amazing, and acquainting! I’ve used parkway for several year until Covid hit. It’s hardly ever a wait time. Of all the mills I’ve used, they make it easy to transfer prescriptions, and treat each customer like family. I personally wouldn’t use any other pharmacy!!! Since Covid, mills has made it easy, and reliable to still get the medications needed through their free delivery service!!! The delivery guy is just as awesome as any of the other staff, if not awesome-r! Lol. I would give them unlimited stars if I could.

R U D E. I had just had a c section, in major pain, and some mistake happened on the doctors end when prescribing my ibuprofen 800 mg. Instead of them telling me that it said I already picked up the prescription (which I haven’t) they make up every excuse in the book to not give me the medication like I was a junky or something. And threatened to call the police on me 😂 customer service skills, 0 out of 10.

I found this pharmacy when I got tired of being treated like just another number at the chain pharmacies. They really get to know you, they deliver to you at work or home when you need and now they have locally crafted merchandise of a relaxing boutique! It's like an oasis in today's hustle and bustle world. We love it!

I was delighted when they arrived in Gardendale.

Always has my medicine in stock. Very very fast in comparison to other pharmacies! Literally walked in. Handed them my script sheet. They asked if I was going to wait for it or if I was going to pick it up later. I said wait. Half expecting my soul to die a little waiting for them to fill it, like how I feel at Walgreens or CVS or Walmart. I walked down the few isle in this little mom and pop feeling place. Walked to the back and seen a salt water fish tank in there waiting area with magazines and comfy looking chair. I say comfy looking because I never got a chance to sit down. I strolled the isles for maybe 3-5 minutes. Walked up to the fish tank and before I had decided, ok I am going to sit down. The pharmacist said “your script is ready”. I turned around shocked. Paid for it. Got back to my car and perhaps had been inside a total of 10 minutes max. By far the most pleasant experience I have ever had having my medication refilled. If you could image a commercial for a pharmacy. How they normally lead you to believe that it will be nice friendly people and super quick with deals on quick grab items. Well this place is legit. No grouchy staff. No wait time.
