I went to mimis today to try some yummy treats! One pictured is the biscoff croissant. The other is the Crookie- croissant cookie. I heated it up in the microwave like she recommended and it was amazing! She has been coming to the Inverness market for years. Definitely great treats. Give her a try you won't be disappointed!

The Dubai chocolate, homemade marshmallows, and cheesecake brownie were all fantastic! We enjoyed talking with the owner as well. Great addition to the neighborhood!

I purchased a couple of Dubai Chocolates and a couple of mini cakes. The Dubai Chocolates are amazing. While I haven't gotten into the mini cakes yet I know they will be delicious. I had the privilege of tasting some Mimi's cakes at a wedding reception. The cakes were delicious. This little shop is well worth the visit and support.

Got the baklava brownie and it was DECADENT, perfect texture and so chocolatey! I also had a lemon pastry and it was perfect, not too sweet but not sour! For sure the best place to go for sweet treats!

Growing up I’ve been told the way to a persons heart is through their stomach. Mindy is such a wonderful person with a beautiful soul and it shows in her baking. She made our daughter’s 1st birthday cake and our wedding cake (don’t have pics of). Loaded with flavor and so so so soft! Mindy listens what and how you want you cake, desserts and gives you so much more!! We will be using her for our cakes and snacks FOREVER…. FOREVER… FOREVER.

Amazing! I have tried a few of the gluten free mini cakes and a keto brownie so far. Everything was so delicious - you can't tell it's gluten free or sugar free. Honest to God I almost cried happy tears! It's so nice to finally be able to enjoy baked goods again!! The service was wonderful as well!
