They did not have the Coleman stove part I needed but I have to say they were so helpful in trying to find this piece. They understood what I needed and offered other places to see if they may have it.
Great customer service and everyone I dealt with enjoyed helping me.
Store was organized and I think they had everything else…..I picked up a few other things.

Nice store, with lots of useful stuff. The store is clean and free of odors. Very nice friendly staff, always ready to help. Although the store is small, the selection is good. Prices are average, probably cheaper at Home Depot

Thank goodness Goleta finally gets a hardware store back! This Ace hardware store is going to be fantastic for Goleta! It has a very similar layout to the past orchard hardware store but prices are competitive. Very friendly associates and a wide selection from paint to hardware to nursery! Check it out! The community is so fortunate to have this Miner's Ace hardware store!

This is called a hardware store but they have a large clothing section and other items you wouldn't expect from a hardware store. Large selection of tools of course but they also make custom paints. I even got a color painting kit for the grandkids. They have grills, outdoor furniture as well.
They are well staffed and I received help around the store without having to go on a search for an employee.
They even have frozen pies near the checkout.
The check out person was very patient and kind with my elderly father who doesn't hear well and moves slow. He loves this store.

Fantastic customer service, but extremely disappointing products. The spray bottle stopped working after the first use, and the pumice stone ruined a toilet even though the packaging insisted it was safe. Staff was very friendly and helped me find everything I needed though, so it gets at least one extra star.

The level of customer care is amazing! Very kind and helpful staff. The place is well staffed and has a nice selection that includes the majority of home hardware needs. I would use this place to purchase specific items that you need in a pinch as pricing is on the higher end, but regardless, it’s totally worth it in exchange for the great customer service.

Amazing customer service! Every once in a while, I find myself having to build a custom item. I have an idea what I want to build, but I do not know what materials are available in the store. At other local hardware stores, when asking for help, I have been given some vague hand gesture indicating some direction to some part of the warehouse with the words “Good luck. I hope you find what you’re looking for.” This is not the case at Miner’s Ace Hardware in Goleta. First, Shane listens to me to understand what it is I was trying to build. Secondly, he knows his store inventory and can tell me what building supplies are available. Third, he walks me to the actual item and make sure it is the right size and compatible with the rest of the material I am purchasing. As long as Miner’s Ace Hardware keeps employees like Shane and has the inventory I need. Well, it’s just stupid for me to go anyplace else.

My favorite hardware store in Santa Barbara. Come for the hardware, stay for the popcorn (which they hand out near the entrance). The staff are helpful and even seem happy. Which is nice.
