Mire's grocery is a nice little throwback to the good ol days before this terminal inflation. A place where you get bigger servings than you pay for, AND the food is really good.

This is my first experience here, and I'll definitely be coming back. I had the cowboy burger and it's one of the best burgers in the area. The meat is well seasoned throughout, but without overworking the meat so it isn't "spongy". I made the mistake of ordering a large fry thinking it would be a typical large, but I was wrong. Like I said before, you get way more than you pay for.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, again, just a nice throwback to when customer service was a priority. I really hope this place does well because I'll definitely enjoy every visit. Give them a try, I feel confident you'll be glad you did.

Plate lunches are definitely gourmet. And the staff is hometown good people. Not many stores left like this one. For sure stop and get some eats from them. You won't regret it.
