Car problems so I parked. Needing a tow which AAA dropped the ball after waiting for 90 minutes. During the wait with uncertainty of a tow truck arriving - John and Juan were extremely friendly and helpful. Coming from Costco needed some ice (2 cups max, not an entire back) for small amount of perishable food, then my mobile phone batter dying and needed to maintain contact with AAA and family on situation - John and Juan treated me like a neighbor and provided sensible, proper and great assistance to accommodate me on these situations. Lastly, the independent tow company this station partners (SLO Tow) - was called, and had a great experience with them too. Thanks Fellas - I appreciate your help!

Why is she so upset about letting people use the restroom? I couldn't read the sign until I got to the store. Why did she tell me that no matter what they aren't going to fire her, that they need her. I just needed to pee and buy a drink!

Caution due to fraud !!! I went to buy 4 gift cards for employees @ $50 each but my credit card was charged ($250) as if I had 5 cards or one card had $100. There was a hiccup when their employee was loading the cards that the employee told the boss about. When I went back and talked to the manager DJ, he said it was my problem as he didn't believe that I didn't get 5 cards or $250 worth of gift cards...Huhhh? The employee had told DJ about the problem. DJ said I can call Chevron because it isn't his problem, it's mine. There are more details to the extent DJ has gone through to avoid resolving this, but this is a brief summary.

Staff was excessively rude and needs to be trained how to speak to customers. I will NEVER return. BEWARE staff needs a lesson on basic etiquette

Very poor customer service. Nasty and low class staff. Clerk made hot food without washing his hands. Refused to take money from a low income person that had money to pay.
