Great little bakery with a very nice variety of delicious offerings both sweet and savory. We really enjoyed the almond croissant with it's incredible lamination and soft fluffiness. The almond filling is delicious and evenly distributed so you almost get some in every bite. The ginger cookie is absolutely delicious and I won't miss an opportunity to get one on any return trips. We got a caramel tart and I really enjoyed it. It is salted caramel in a tart casing, what's not to love? The ham and gruyere breakfast tart could benefit from some moisture in the form of a jam or jelly but was otherwise pretty good if not slightly under salted for my tastes but I like a lot of salt. We also got what they call a Bostock which is a croissant loaf soaked in orange syrup and topped pears. It was good and we would get it again but not before we got another cookie and croissant. We'll be back to this little bakery for sure!

I want to give it 5 stars for the great quality of the desserts and ice cream, and the great price too! The Earl Grey chocolate chip ice cream was so good! The strawberry cake was the best I've ever had—I love it because it's fresh, made with real cream, and not overly sweet!

Went to Mix multiple times while on a trip with friends! The staff were pleasant and accommodating each visit. There was a great assortment of pastries and drinks to choose from. Overall an amazing experience within our trip to Ashland.

There are so many delicious pastries/dessert items to choose from. The pesto cheese & ham croissant was delicious, as was the peanut butter chocolate bar & the chai drink. Four stars is given for the atmosphere as the seating is very limited.

Best ciabatta for sandwich! Somehow perfectly chewy without needing to rip with incisors! Lovely coffee, lovely vibes, amazing maybe whole wheat puff pastry Highly recommend!

Very very cute bakery, aesthetically but was super disappointed with their macarons. Got their almond vanilla and salted Carmel and the flavors were lacking and the cookies themselves were super heavy. Ordered a blackberry Italian soda and also so sad to report that I was not a fan. I’d be willing to give them another shot but I was no pleased the first time around.

Wonderful experience and ambience every time we stopped in while in town visiting friends. The employees as well as other patrons were incredibly kind and friendly (especially with our very active toddler). And I’m still dreaming about the chocolate orange scone!! To the point that I went out of my way to go back for another one before flying out. The ham Gruyère egg pie is also top notch.
