The man who runs this location is incredible. He has some great products for sale. While they don't sell Heroclix, yet, if you want this location to, please gather a group and talk to the people running the shop. I would love to play with others.

This shop is phenomenal! I'm from out of town, so this was my first time being in the store. They have a great selection of games from all generations. Even better is that the majority of games are very clean and are in good condition. Usually retro stores tend to take whatever copies they can get and are not in good condition, this store doesn't do that! Most games are in great condition and the sticker tells you if the game is "complete" or "missing manual" which is great as well, no printed covers or case replacements. I bought a total of about 11 games here and a console and I have NEVER had a haul like that at another retro store. Prices are great and most were BELOW ebay prices. The employee on staff was very friendly and didn't have a problem opening cases for quality checks. Will be stopping by here again before leaving.

Finally found the store. And it's really beautiful inside. Clean nice and cool during this heatwave. Though the staff I've communicated with seemed a little standoffish it's nothing to remove a star for.

Looking to start collecting pokemon since they don't have Yu-Gi-Oh really.

Absolutely splendid environment with great vibes, Brad the manager definitely has ALOT to do with that. There's a great variety of Pokemon/Magic cards, lots of video games and consoles including: Sega, Game Cube, PS3,4&pro,5..a few different types of Xbox consoles, Nintendo DS's, Nintendo Switch, Etc. Also I have to say that Brad has wonderful customer service skills, you really can tell that hes very knowledgeable and seemed to have fun helping with anything I needed. Great experience!!

I purchased a damaged copy of Pokémon yellow from this location INTENTIONALLY as a project to teach myself how to repair old games. The employees were exceptionally kind and still gave me the option to purchase the product, when most places would not, at an exceptional discount of course! When I was unable to fix the cart myself, I was offered a brand new copy free of charge. Customer service was fantastic and I appreciate the kindness I was shown across multiple locations!

Wow all i have to say my people Jay was great the staff here is so nice and accommodating. I called all around tampa for an xbox 360 controller and Jay was the only one that was nice and helpful. This is my new spot forget about u games come here instead all the goodie’s you need. Say hi for Jay for me when you go tell him i sent you with this review.

Beautiful store. Well kept, cleaned. Plenty to do, space to come play your own board/card games which is awesome. They have everything from plushies, drinks/snacks, video games, consoles and so much more. The staff, specifically the owner Brad went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I’ve loved this company but this new location really exceeds the standard. Will be returning for all my gaming needs 🙂

This place is a hidden gem. Didn't find what I needed. But they had other items that could fit with what I was looking for. Place is friendly, clean, knowledgeable in what they promote. The only downfall is that I wish I found them earlier lol.
