Tried to go inside, but the doors were locked and the cashier said she was outside collecting garbage. Instead of stopping what she was doing or at least telling us I'll be right with you she ignored us. I'll be calling the manager in the morning. Better off going to the purple cow.

Ordered pizza was told it would be 45 min wait for one pizza! Came back after the 45 min wait to be told nobody ever dropped my pizza and it would be an additional 45 min wait time!!!!! This has happened to me twice now

We usually stop here on our way to Florida. This visit I decided to get an ICEE. After filling up a large cup half way, the machine quit working. The lady running the store screams across the store and says it isn’t working... I said it was just working for me... she then takes an attitude. We go to the front to pay and I said you can charge me for a medium as this large is only half full and your machine quit working. She said I’m going to charge you for a large. I said then I’ll put it in a medium cup. She said do what you want but I’m still charging you for a large cup. I then said I’ll just throw it away. She said I’m still charging you for it. I told her she could keep everything we were buying (about $30 worth of junk food) and she should try not being such a B next time. She stated we should have a blessed day. Her customer service skills are unacceptable and I do hope she is fired soon. You let a customer walk bc of your attitude and your machine not working properly? Will never be back again and suggest customers go across the street to their competitor.

This is the worst store ever. The credit/debit card machine is down half the time. The employees could care less about you. I don't know why I keep stopping there. Today will be my last trip. I stood waiting on deli food a while and the employees stood there talking and laughing while I was waiting to be helped. I finally gave up and grabbed a bbq sandwich that was ready. When I got out the door to my car to eat it it was extremely cold! Apparently it wasn't heated at all. I'm done with this pathetic excuse of a store.
