If i could give them 0 stars I would. My family was scammed out of their deposit on a dress. They were sold a dress that was non existent. We were “helped” by the most condescending woman on the planet. She was very rude, condescending and a liar. This woman would constantly raise her voice and make up exceptionally stupid lies to try and keep our money. Definitely stay as far away from this place as you can.

I was scammed from my deposit that I put down on a dress during Covid. They wanted to reimburse me with credit that I had to use within 10 days. Terrible business, never go here!

This is not their address, now located at imperial valley mall.

They deserve no stars at all!!!

Mode N Beach has terrible customer service.
Personnel is rude.
They are not attentive to customers once you make the order.
They don’t keep in touch about your order.
Each employee tells you a different thing in sizes, orders, and specials.
First they told us that with $20 dollars you could submit your order and once the dress arrived you pay the full amount.... that didn’t happen they made us pay for the full order And they didn’t even order it .
They said the dresses would arrive in 2 weeks and they would call us. 3 weeks passed and we hear nothing. We had to call them. Once we called they couldn’t find the order .... they still hadn’t ordered the dresses. They excused that they where still waiting for a bridesmaid to make her order ... even tho one of the bridesmaids had gone just a week before and advised them that she had canceled. They said they would call the bride to confirm, the bride did not receive any call.
Also they gave us a coupon for $50 off on a dress $150+ . We came back with that coupon , selected a dress that was over $200 and they made an excuse “that not all the dresses qualified”. The coupon said nothin about that.
Worst experience ever , will never never come back.

Absolutely the worst service you can imagine. Told my dresses would not be in until after the wedding after waiting 3 months for them to come in and being fully paid off. Do not do business here, as we can't even get our money back. One star only because I have to, as this store is a disappointment and everyone should stay clear of this place.

Literally got yelled at once we stepped in the store. I was looking at the brand and the lady yelled at me and my boyfriend. She said the owner got mad if we were looking and touching. That the only way we could do that is if we made a deposit. Worst cumstomer service, we got yelled at!!

Mucha variedad de vestidos. Tienen vestidos de gala,boda, quinceaños, etc! Tienen para toda ocacion. Si no tienen el color de tu vestido en la boutique te lo mandan traer sin costo adicional. Cada evento que tenemos vamos ahi porque sabemos que vamos a lo seguro.

Le compre a mi ahijada un vestido que salio de dama en unos quinceaños y nos atendieron muy bien , aparte la sra Lorena le dio descuento a mi ahijafa por ser varias niñas.
