Amazingly friendly staff, great milk tea and great food to go with it. I would recommend it as the best Boba place in IV. Totally worth trying it and going back afterwards. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Definitely a nice little place -- without a doubt the best tapioca pearls in the area. You can really tell that they take painstaking efforts to ensure good quality. Even the logos on the cup are perfectly centered! I've loved every drink and food item served here. It can take some time for the boba to be prepared, but as long as you call in advance you can check whether or not they have a batch prepared. At the very least, you definitely know that everything is fresh. By far my favorite place to go in IV~

I ordered yesterday at 11:30am-11:40am, because the website and google said they opened at 11:30am. I got a text saying my order was ready and went to pick up, the door of the store was locked. I called, nobody answered, I waited until 12:10pm and still nothing. So I left. I texted on their website and also never got an answer.

Great selection of boba and food. One of the best places for boba in the Goleta/SB area. The boba is made a little firmer than other places but it is still good. Staff is usually really nice.
I particularly enjoy their house black milk tea.

+ I love that you can customize the sweetness of your drink. 50% sweetness on milk teas is perfect. We tried 25% sweet on a tea drink and it wasn't sweet enough
+ Best tea spot that we've found on the central coast
+ They have so many options for toppings -- grass jelly, boba, aloe vera, lychee jelly, pudding, and more!
+ The interior is super small, but they have a huge deck patio seating. It can get a little sunny because there isn't any shade
+ No restrooms
+ Parking is difficult here

I love the food and drinks at Mojo! The pork belly bowl is flavorful and a great hearty meal. I go to Isla Vista very rarely but whenever I do, I make sure to stop at Mojo for some delicious food!

The shop just recently opened so exterior is not that appealing but their patio is nice. Interior is Kind of cramped for a group. The only reason this is a 3 star is because of the price and amount. It's a small vertical plastic cup for ~$6. It taste better than other milktea shops in IV (my opinion) but price is most expensive out of all other places. The one I got was roasted honey oolong with mango star.
