First time being at Mondo's Outlet, very nice and friendly store with a wide range of products, many of my favorite brands and exact products. Really great deals and prices. I am very happy to add this store to my shopping list. Place is very clean and well organized, visible prices, really accessible for everyone.

Buyer Beware, they sell some outdated food with no signage to that fact. When you try to return food that made you very sick (I didn't realize they sold outdated food), they treat you like a criminal trying to rob them, and won't refund you for the opened or empty package you bring in the next day (with receipt). I came away feeling that despite having spent a lot of money there since they'd opened the business, Mike could not give a sh*t about my business, or me as a customer. The refund I was wanting was UNDER $5, The customer service was priceless. That is the issue here, so be careful.

*** updated: I just read through other reviews, seems like the Male owner named Mike may be most, or all, of the problem with their customer service. I'm not the only one who has had issues with him.

Misc items from furniture to food - most of the packaging is damaged. Some items are a great deal (tummy flattening one piece suit for under $20.) Others are a bit less than regular retail. Fun shop to go in to see what new goodies are available.

Mondo's outlet , is sadly a huge disappointment , one of the employees described the place to me and I really thought it was going to be a treasure ,instead it is a terrible flop . The store is set up and designed like some mediocre 1980' thrift store ,the clothes are of no special quality and the few eye catchers they do have are either size 00 or size 5xl , their prices although cut from original sale are still by far too much , and the entire place is just confusing , some Hodge podge dollar store groceries ,mingled with furniture clothes ,dishes and some f.a.o.schwartz rejects , Mondo's outlet would be more appropriately called tiny lots, lol because it looks and feels like a cheaper (poorer quality) smaller more clostraphobic and poorly organized knock off of big lots. I will say this , if you want quality discounts on real brands that u can find in most any size ,then your best bet is Ross dress for less , Ross beats Mondo's at very turn they are cheaper , friendlier , better quality items and very knowledgeable about their merch.
Mondo's outlet is a swing and a miss ,don't waste your time or money there , even good will is a better experience for shopping.

Truly an outlet selling remainders from places like Costco. If you have a family then you might find some bulk items that might suit your wants/needs.

Visited the other day after I read about them in local news. Owner was very pleasant and the store has a good variety of products at decent prices.

Just another store claiming to have low prices and good selection and once they get in town their prices are no different than department stores won't last long

Its ok if you find something you really want. To be honest coffee at Big Lots was cheaper. Its worth checking out!
