I've been to every vape shop in town, and MoonBound is the better of the 2 good shops in the whole of Lakeland. Fair prices for great quality products, and genuinely good customer service that doesn't leave me feeling pandered to. Shout out to Jay.

First time here, I called 12 other vape shops in the area and none had my juice. (One did but it was 5 years expired, anywhoops!) we just moved here from Brandon about 5 months ago, I had been driving back and forth to Brandon just to get all my vape needs. I’ve been here a few times to try out their products. This is by far one of the best shops I’ve ever been to! Every employee is SO HELPFUL and knowledgeable about the products that they sell.

Mia was the one that helped me today and she was as sweet and helpful as always! They even have a rewards system!

Let me tell you about Jay and Jessie! There are amazing! I purchased the wrong tips for my hookah and they exchanged them out with no problem.. oh, and don’t forget some GREAT salesman’s (lol) - had me purchasing the NEW infinity hookah, now let’s see what it’s ALL about..
