We wanted a side by side to use for our family. Amy at Mountain Motor Sports was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs to help us find the right fit for our family. Melissa the regional manager was also helpful with helping us determine service packages. We would definitely go back and buy from them again. We took home a Polaris Ranger and are very happy. They even had it delivered in the rain that same day. Helpful and friendly people!!

way overdue a new helmet. did my online due diligence. stopped in to check fit, looking around their price was competitive but shipping took a couple days longer than online.

staff was helpful, friendly and definitely no pressure. third time I've visited, both previous experiences were the same as this time.

Update to after getting the statement for payments,
The guy who does the finance and other things was telling me about getting the 5 year warranty on how good it was and how much it would be and it all looked good on the paperwork he showed me. He said it would be a total of $1100 for what I was thinking about, which was almost the best plan for the price. He said something about it was going to be cheaper than that price and I got it added but about week later after we noticed on some paperwork he gave us, that plan actually was near $4000. If I could get it removed, I would be very happy to save that money. I don't want that warranty and or need it and I can definitely use the money for the monthly payments. I think they just screwed me out of the so called $1100 warranty. If you buy anything there, stay away from the veteran and his warranty plans. Like all dealerships, they all will try selling you stuff you actually don't need lol. Not all dealerships will be unfaithful with their prices. The guy who gave me the warranty plan was a veteran and had veteran written on his outfit. Really, he's supposed to be a loyal person but he did something wrong with the costs towards the ATV to jack up the price.
Other than that, it was a experience that I will never forget. A $7500 ATV will be near $20,000 if paid off in 5 years and $4000 gone that I will never use.

My dad and I had a pleasant experience there with everyone. Everyone was excellent with helping us. They had the exact ATV that I wanted but it was still in the crate and they couldn't have gotten it together quick enough for me, so they had the bigger model ( Yamaha Kodiak 700 4x4 ). I wanted the Kodiak 450 EPS but they had sold them and they would have gotten the other built by the weekend after the 4th of July but I was ready to ride a new ATV. They took the 700 to the mechanics so they could check it out and fill the gas up, so it was ready to ride when I got it home. Honestly they're all very helpful and nice and they don't haggle you into buying something else but they do take you around to the parts department and service department, hoping that you may want extra parts or accessories but they don't force you to get anything. When I get aftermarket parts, I'd rather get them elsewhere coz you can get the same thing for half the cost or less. Your choice.
I'd buy another ATV from after 20+ years, if this Yamaha Kodiak ever gets old and needs to be replaced. Yamaha's are excellent and will last a lifetime and longer if you take care of them.
I highly recommend this dealership for your Motorcycle's, UTV's, ATV's, Sea-Doo's and whatever else they sell. Everything is very high priced but they have the Best of the Best Toy's.

Took a 2 and a half hour ride just to check out mountain motorsports Gadsen the selection of motorcycles was far better than Sevierville.
I wasn't in the market for a new bike, but if I would come across a good deal, who knows? I might be willing to trade my 2022 gsx-s750 in on a different bike.
I really didn't see anything that sparked my interests.
