Nice place near the hwy and you don't have to be 55+ to enjoy it! Has a pool, laundry, showers, propane refill, full rv hookups. The staff was friendly and acomidating. I'd come back again!

I stayed here in November 2022 for a night. Three stars is not a bad rating, it's an average rating. This RV park is fine. The bathroom / shower area needs a lot of help. I've stayed in cleaner, better taken care of RV parks and if I give them a four or five star rating, then I can't do that here.

This is a great rustic campground and has improved considerably from years past. They have a brand new impressive propane station and a very nice outside pool that is up and running as of this time and has been upgraded and up to date! The store is also very well stocked with all your needs. The atmosphere is very friendly and all the activities make it feel like family. Mountain View has cleaned up a lot and they are dedicated to keeping it clean too! All the improvements take time and money but again they are dedicated in getting all the improvements done in the very near future. We love it here so much we have decided to stay down here! The manager (Lisa) is very concerned and dedicated in making this a exceptional place to stay for your family, friends and your pets too!

I am going to make this a home base while I am in Arizona! Great people, and management! Close to Tubac, the Nogales border, Patagonia!

We stopped in today to use the dump station, fill propane tanks... and get some coffee. The owner, I'm assuming, and an employee actually came out to greet us when we pulled up then walked us to dump station. There is no longer a general store but the owner gave us a package of his own Cuban coffee. I was blown away with the Fantastic service. They were the friendliest people I've seen in quite some time! It was $15 for the dump station and propane was the same price as Tractor Supply. I highly recommend this place!

Came here Nov. 19, 2021 after receiving no response to 3 emails regarding reservations. I should have called but didn't. Met with the NEW owners grandson who is managing while trying to remodel the place on his own. It's a mess with the first two RV rows out of service. Pool is empty with the cement all busted up. Manager's office is empty as is the store with construction ongoing. The manager has no control of the web site and they can't contact the previous operator. Campground is currently FULL with contractors. So I was sent on my way. Went next door to De Ansa.
