They charge you for using a card to make a payment. I put $10 of gas and they charge me $10.30.. absolutely not I’ve been coming here for three years and I will never come to this place again. That is absolutely ridiculous. They posted it on the counter with all the other signs they have on the counter. How the hell was I supposed to know that it’s a new policy if you didn’t tell me that you, the guy pointed it like I was just supposed to read every single sign that’s in that building Before I make a purchase, nobody does that’s ridiculous. Shame on them. I’ll be damned if I go to another gas station and I am charged Extra because I made a purchase. Ridiculous!!

Suppose to close at 11 but closed 30 minutes earlier than usual. One of the most Inconvenience convenient stores off West Lindsey. Everything is old as hell in that store merchandise wise because it's marked too high. It's regular to buy something expired in the store. They overcharged me on tobacco but sweat it's a systems problem. -5 out of 10. I really don't recommend.

I had the rudest experience with a cashier ever in my life last night. I go in with my friend to buy something, I try getting it, but they don't take gift cards, which is what I was trying to use. Even though the gift card runs as debit. She tries once and rudely basically tells me to get out of her face. I ask her to try again and told her it's debit. It fails again. That's okay though, so I offer to put my stuff back. She says no, I got it. Thank you bye. My friend was still getting something so I wasn't leaving until he was done. He comes over and asks if I want him to pay, I said if you want to, they don't take gift cards I guess.
He purchases his items and said he wants to buy half in cash and everything else on a card. But she only scans half of what he has and his card didn't scan. This made me start to believe that perhaps she doesn't know what she's doing on the card reader. So she hands it back and tells him, it's declined. He said no way it is and she was trying to get out of scanning it again. He basically had to beg her. Then she just said, okay, card. CARD. Raising her voice then snatches it from his hand literally. I told her, that was kind of rude. She looks at him and says, sir, I don't have time for this, I have customers. He won't speak for himself, so I said, what are you even saying? He is a customer! So she kept quiet from then on, scanned his card (right this time and it worked) then literally just shoves something I didn't get in my face and asks me, "can you put this up for me? Thanks"
The woman behind us waiting patiently and occasionally making eye contact with me over the cashier's attitude and unprofessionalism just walked out and left

Hours say it closed at 1 am but when went there around 11:10pm on the 25th of may 2024 doors were locked and lights turned off. Need to update hours.

Smokers beware--there is no tobacco here!

I've been buying tobacco from this store for 5 years--usually $50 to $60 per week--but I will not be returning again because new management is running the store into the ground.

Since the store changed ownership and management, there has been virtually no tobacco. Plus, when there is tobacco, the store refuses to sell anyone more than a limited amount to any customer. Why would any competent manager refuse to sell products on the shelves?

If I could give zero stars I would. I pull up to the drive through and ask for a large coke. This older lady with red hair and glasses, flat told me no you can come get it yourself the fountain is “full”. I pull around and as soon as I walked in to get my soda they were leaving. Unacceptable. Will not be getting anymore of my business. In what world where you give customer service, you tell them no? Outrageous.

Keith was so unfriendly. Guess he was a new guy. He huffed when I had all changed and said uh, your gonna be one of those...
My husband went back later and wouldn't even acknowledge him at the window at and no body else was there!
