When I started going to Mount Hood Eye Care I lived in Government Camp so it was close for me. I really like Dr Turin. He's very understanding, calm, and straightforward. I saw the new doctor this time. It's nice because he works on Saturdays. Then new doctor is very nice and knowledgeable and just as awesome as Dr. Turin. I like it also because it's a small clinic feel. You don't get anything automated... Other than a text reminder of your appointment which is helpful. The front desk staff are amazing. Overall A+!! Oh also, I also just moved into deep Portland and I am keeping Dr. Turin as my eye doctor. I don't mind the extra commute.

Such a professional and warm environment. Staff are always welcoming and so helpful! Dr. Turin is respectful of my tendency to worry and answers all my questions with kindness and reassurance. I usually see him, but they have a new Dr. on staff now (congrats on the clinics growth!) Named Dr. McEvoy. I saw him for my last visit and he was wonderful. I wont go anywhere else for my eye care!

My husband and I are new patients of Mt Hood Eye Care. Everyone was friendly, kind and professional. Dr. McEvoy was very thorough in his exam and took the time to answer all our questions. I’ve been a loyal customer of Mt. Hood Eye Care for a long time. Even after moving to the coast over a year ago, I still visit whenever I’m in Sandy to see my family. The care I’ve received here has always been exceptional, so I’ve never felt the need to go anywhere else.
The eye doctor and the staff are incredibly kind and professional. The lady who assisted me was especially patient and supportive, making the experience very pleasant. Despite the distance, they have been very flexible with scheduling my appointments.
I love this place and the wonderful people who work here. Highly recommend!

Best eye exam ever from Dr Bong. Fast compassionate and professional. The store manger Catherine was super patient with me trying to pick out that perfect pair of glasses and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about eye wear. From the minute I walked in the door everyone I encountered was friendly, kind and professional. I was immediately checked in by the lovely young woman at the front desk and only waited just a few minutes for Dr. Turin to take me back for my exam. I had a few concerns going in which he listened to and addressed thoroughly. I was impressed with how Dr Turin explained each step of the exam as we went along. After the exam I met Catherine who helped me chose my new frames and explained the different type lens and coatings available to me. In the end I think I got the best bang for my buck. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and will recommend Mt Hood Eye Care to my friends and family.
