I went yesterday, April 13, 2025, to my granddaughter's recital 🎶 Many kids performed different instruments with their instrument instructors, perhaps some don't need it near but just for moral support and cheering. The classes are expensive if the mom lives in a budget and she is a single mom who pays rent, a car, and other bills. My husband and I went ready to take her a video and some pictures 📸 ... but her instructor doesn't show up. It was beautiful to see other students, and we were so sad looking at our granddaughter waiting for him while the other students were presented to the audience before each performance for their instructors. During the event, a staff member informed us that he didn't call to apologize or let the organizers he won't attend. My granddaughter didn't perform and was so sad...she spent several hours practicing 😪 😔 😕 The whole kids had a certificate and a group picture, but her. I don't recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism and care. The place is great, and the kids that perform awesome, but it wasn't right to break an 11 years kid her heart... 💔 😢

I'm so done they rip people off. Straight up the 3rd time trying to get this issue fixed all I needed was an input jack to be fixed for my guitar and they half assed fixing it as if they want me to come back to keep taking money off my pocket for more than 40 dollars to fix this. The screw is not even tightened all the way in a glued together so I can't tighten it myself. Idk community, should I keep going there to get it fixed or do I have to get somebody to do it right for me?

David made my first visit very unpleasant, very rude, seemed very irritated by any question and was very rude to other female customers slamming price tags on the counter they handed to him, disgusting attitude. Not cool dude.

A bit Too quiet for a musical instrument store. The atmosphere was better here than a larger chain would have been. The Staff wasn't pushy with trying to sell me anything but it didn't seem like they were trying to interact with me either. I got some picks and strings and a harmonica set for a friend..... Oh oh.... AND some very reasonably priced bongos for my girlfriend. She is very happy with them. They have a selection of affordable quality guitars there as well.

If I could give this place 0 stars I totally would. All other reviews must be for a different “Music & Arts” store that I’m not familiar with. “Friendly staff” is the last thing on my mind any time I have to go in there. The girls seem fine, but 99% of the time I’ve gone in, I’ve been rudely greeted by some jerk named David I believe. Guy obviously hates his job, perhaps even his life. Little to no knowledge on anything. Had to give the guy a rundown on a fender amp he didn’t know what he was selling. He flat out pointed me to a cheap amp, when I was looking at his Deluxe Reverb. He said he didn’t like the “ancient” look of Fenders. Went in a few months later to look for strap locks, they didn’t have them. However, when I walked in the door I saw him on the computer so I looked for myself. After making eye contact with the guy a few times, he shouted from across the room “what are you looking for?”. Not a “can I help you?” Not a “hello” nothing. Pretty sure this man has not had pleasant human interaction a day in his life. I feel bad for his coworkers. How he’s still there is beyond me.
