I will tell what happened. I requested a special design quilt in January. I provided a general design idea and some fabric pieces. I selected others from her wide stock. I paid her a hefty down payment. Then I waited to hear from her. I checked with her every so often. I heard about delays for many reasons. I picked up my quilt in the middle of August. It's okay, well made, not precisely what I had in mind, but interesting and unique. But I wouldn't use her service again due to the huge wait time. If you have lots of patience, then she will be attentive and friendly. Just be warned.
