I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect girls day out! It is absolutely beautiful and the owners were so friendly and helpful. The teas were delicious and also the food. My favorite tea was their chai and the mimosa I would definitely recommend!

Came here with my daughter for brunch and everything was perfect! They now serve cappuccino, espresso and did a full presentation for a honey whipped iced coffee that was incredible! Their new, weekly specials make you want to stop in all the time! In addition to their catering, bridal and baby showers and birthday parties they allow walk ins so if you’re downtown definitely stop here as it’s such a kfalls staple! The new owners, Katie and Lisa are the perfect duo to continue on this beautiful business!

Perfect! So special! Can't recommend highly enough.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday at Nana's, and it was truly a magical experience! The owner went above and beyond to make it special for us. They even adjusted their hours to fit our daughter’s school schedule, staying open late just for us. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the thoughtful details—there were beautiful birthday decorations and the owner even wore a birthday costume while serving tea! She even brought a high chair and tea set for the doll, which delighted our daughter to no end. The tea and food were absolutely delicious, but what made the experience so unique was the entire atmosphere—it wasn't just a meal, it was a fun activity and family experience. We felt like we were part of something truly special. Thank you for making our daughter's birthday one she'll always remember! Planning on making it an annual tradition. Thanks Nana's!

Unique, delicious and crowd pleasing! We hosted a neighborhood Christmas gathering and someone brought Nana’s Catering- tea sandwiches! The cucumber classic is my favorite! The in house cream cheese blend on the sweet dark rye is incredible! Thank you Katie and Lisa for all your time and attention to detail! If you can’t make it into this beautiful establishment then definitely call in an order for any gathering big or small!

My daughter and I went to Nana's to have a traditional tea service for her birthday. The place was very nicely decorated and had themed rooms as well as the main room up front. Our waitress was very good despite being a bit overworked by herself as more customers arrived. We ordered the $38 traditional tea service with unlimited tea. Each tea we tried was served in it's own pot however it was a small amount (8oz) so we had to repeatedly ask for more. Our meal came on a 3-tier tray with equivalent of a sandwich cut into 4 triangles, a bitesize scone with a spoonful each of clotted cream, lemon curd and jam and the top tier had three bitesize cookies. The bill was over $90 and we we left still hungry. Definitely consider the value when thinking bringing a group here.

I had a fabulous experience at Nana’s! After having lived in England for a few years and missing it dearly, it was nice to get a taste of a British afternoon tea in Klamath Falls. Will definitely be going back again to work my way through their extensive menu. Can’t say enough good things about Nana’s!!! 💚🫖

My baby shower was thrown at Nana’s and it was absolutely picture perfect! We had an amazing assortment of teas and lemon treats. All of the beautiful decor at Nana’s fit perfectly to celebrate our baby girl! Cannot recommend enough!

My wife has always raved about Nana’s, but this was my first chance visiting. Let me tell you, this tea shop meets the hype! From the decor, to the care they gave our table, and most of all the food and drink service was immaculate.

The Afternoon Tea Service had way more food than I expected, and the bottomless tea service made it easy to try all the different teas I had my eye on. My favorites were the Burnside Chai and Metolious Chai, but they were all pretty awesome.

Best of all were all the fun tea pots and seasonal offerings. If you have been wanting to try Nana’s, don’t wait! This place is a gem and I will be bringing everybody who visits us so we can show them the best that Klamath has to offer.
