We are starting out on a cross country road trip, and our alternator went out in our motorhome so we stopped here to get a new one. Everyone here was so helpful! Especially Dustin, he came out twice to make sure we were all set to go after my husband switched out the alternator. We are incredibly grateful for his help.

Very helpful. I needed a battery for my Jeep key fob. I gave the key fob to employee, he found the correct battery and replaced it. I walked out with a working key fob. Thank you, NAPA auto.

Hands down the best customer service I've received in a LONG time! Had the parts that we needed. Very patient with my family as we sat their trying to get out car fixed to continue our road trip! It was hot and miserable and they kept checking on us to make sure all was well.

First I needed a valve cover. They wanted $175 so I got it online for 85 new. Then I needed a window switch. AutoZone quoted me $31, online it was $29. Napa wanted $66. They charge two to three times more than anywhere else. And both of the things I needed were not in stock. I probably will not go through Napa anymore

Replaced all 3 window wiper blades. Had all 3 sizes in stock. Everyone was so helpful. For under $49.00 for 3 wipers and installation. Chatted with the cashier while blades were being installed. Everyone seemed to like their job!!! That is a plus anymore.
