Totally ignored me while a sales rep chatted it up with an associate. I stood about 5 feet from them just waiting for several minutes. Decided to leave, and as I was walking out another associate came up from the back and offered to help. He was good. But being ignored by the other one will keep me from ever going back. Maybe they don't like serving women.

I went in to see if I could get some help tightening the ball on my new RV stabilizer hitch. It takes almost a 2 inch socket and needs 450 pounds of torque. They put it on for me for free which was a big relief and very kind. We will be doing future business with them. Thank you NAPA!

I ordered a couple parts, paid for them and the freight in store on a Saturday. The salesman said “the earliest we’ll see it is Thursday”. They took my number and said they would call. I never got a call. I showed up the following Saturday and they said they shipped the parts back. Pretty upset because they didn’t call and only held the parts for less than 2 days. I asked for a refund for the parts and was told no. Pretty ridiculous. They were paid in full by me, they had no right to send them back 2 days after receiving them. I will never do business with NAPA ever again.
