I was given such thoughtful and helpful service at this Napa. Stopped in for a wiper blade. They even installed it while I wondered when I got it home, could I do it? Even. though in my 80’s, there are some things I have learned to do in the last decade. Car “things” are not one of them. Thanks

So my car overheated and Napa has my parts I called and said I was trying to hurry but I needed to get those parts.. showed up at 7:07, 7min late in my car overheating and they wouldn’t simply hand me my parts that are already paid for.. so here I am sitting in their parking lot, stuck.. and it’s going to be 29 degrees tonight.. THANKS GUYS! Never shopping here again✌️fuckin unreal.. enjoy your dinner assholese

Awful customer service. Never had a problem with any other Wilson NAPA store, but the staff at this location is beyond lazy and won’t hardly stand up to help you. Bobbie or Bobby whichever her name is has hung up the phone on me mid conversation when only asking a simple question about parts availability. Hope Wilson’s management will improve service at this location as we have a rather large account with them and expect better.
