I used to love going to this place but was banned. Was paying for my concentrates and another employee put 20 bucks down on the register. Mistakenly the money got mixed up with the money the cashier gave back to me. Was threatened that they were going to call the police on me and I never did anything intentionally to harm or steak from anyone. But didn't Care. I go to other dispensaries now and have no issue. Do not go here!

I don’t know anything about MMJ but I do want to say I took care of my grandmother in the last years of her life. She had a lot of medical issues and I was seeking an alternative healing method that wasn’t just one more pill with side effects.
I nervously walked into Natural Remedies and was greeted by a young lady who at the time I thought looked the part. I want to say that my ignorance was treated with compassion and kindness. I met one of the owners and together we talked about the best options for my grandmother. I was provided with resources and if they were unsure of an answer they were honest and said let me ask someone who specializes in that.
This business cares about their products and the purity of the ingredients. When you hear Natural Remedies that is what the name means. The only thing missing from the name description is “Compassionate owners and employees”
I have not been to their new location but I myself use CBD and plan on stopping by to see what they have available for me.
My hope for those who are looking for something natural, look past your “Dare Bear” days and towards the healing the earth, and if you believe God provides.

I absolutely love this place! They are knowledgeable and more than willing to take the time to educate you. They are kind, and the service is always amazing - a know your name when you walk in kind of place! And their flower is absolutely phenomenal! Clean, strong, and effective! 10/10, would recommend!

hometown dispensary with great customer service, always get treated like family, any time which has only been 1 time when the flower was not all that great, mentioned it when we came in the following time, and they made it right without us even asking or saying anything about it being made right. times are hard and finances can be tight but even the bottom shelf flower is awesome product. we have tried just about every other dispensary in town just to try them out, natural is the only one whose customer service, product, and store met all of our expectations. thank you guys!!!

Worst customer service I've ever had went into get some pipes and the lady was really rude and got hateful with me and when I got hateful back she kicked me out of the store and told me never to come back in and then proceeded to tell my sister if I came back in she would slap me in my face I'm waiting for that place to go out of business that's how bad the most of the people are there I mean don't get me wrong they have a couple good people that I like there but for the most part the people are very rude and hateful
