The women who run this place are amazing. I live 1 block away and would always walk my old senior pup over to get lovies and treats. Sadly he passed away but they let me come over there every day with him a few days prior to him passing to get free treats.

The store itself is very cute and everything is well organized. They have very fairly priced items for the higher quality. The store employee (I didn’t get her name, but she was working around 11am on mar23rd) was super helpful and knowledgeable about CBD products I wanted to try for my dogs. She was super patient with me as I chose the product to buy, I really appreciated that.
I will definitely be coming back to buy more. Thank you 😊

We love Nature's Pet! Really nice pet store with good selection & prices and even nicer people. I take both of my labs to be groomed & they do a fantastic job. They are really sweet to my dogs & are very professional. Highly recommended!

I took my dog in earlier today. I was greeted warmly and the check in process was very quick and pleasant.

I got a call about 20 minutes after leaving that my dog didn't like the blow dryer and was nervous but that she had been bathed and her nails trimmed and that I should pick her up. The checkout process was simple and everyone was still kind.

My dog doesn't like getting in the car and she jumped right in and was ready to go very quickly(which was really odd). I got home and realized that she was still very wet and I had to dry her off at home. I also noticed after petting her that she was still shedding like crazy. She also didn't get a cute bandana. It felt like they just wanted her out of there. In the past groomers have taken their time and my dog has done fine, it just seems like it wasn't a good fit for us.

Ohh my gosh, since I started bringing my fur babies here, I have been very pleased and happy. I feel they really care and they have done a great job.

On Monday, I had an appointment at 11:15, so I arrived at 11:05 to discuss the details. However, since they were chatting with another customer whose dog’s nails had just been trimmed, they didn’t take me until 11:27. The customer apologized for taking up my time, but the groomer didn’t seem to care at all.

When they finally took my puppy, I asked, “Aren’t you going to check what kind of cut we want?” They told me that since it was my puppy’s first grooming, they wouldn’t groom him at all—no trial, nothing—just a small trim on the paws and a bath. Yet, the price remained the same, and they were already expensive.It was a whole new information for me sincet when my husband first spoke to them, he told me that they would try to groom him with scissors and see how he’d react but if he could get scared, they weren’t gonna try the machine, which was understandable. At that time, they had told him they would try trimming with scissors and see how it went, but the groomer later denied ever saying that.

Anyway, I found another groomer on Commercial Street—a wonderful elderly lady. She told me she would give it a try and see how it went. I was able to watch them while they groomed my puppy, and there were hugs and playtime, which made me feel comfortable enough to leave him there. They ended up grooming my puppy exactly the way I wanted, and I was charged less than what the first place would have charged—especially considering that they were only going to do a minimal trim and a bath.

I’m sharing this to let people know there could be better options for your or your pets needs out there.

Everyone is always so pleasant whenever I come in! Even if it's 15 minutes to close (sorry!)

Anna is especially sweet and knowledgeable whenever I ask a silly question about the products they carry, asks GENUINELY if there is a product I'd like to see more of, and let's me talk her ear off about my spoiled, obnoxious cats.

There's another person with facial piercings that I often see on Monday and they, too, are incredibly sweet and insightful... but I don't know their name 🥲 shout out to you!
