Stopped by Neiman Marcus and I was helped by Giegie who was an absolute gem! ?‍♀️He was very professional, attentive, and helpful. I am very appreciative of the level of customer service I received and would recommend him to anyone needing a shopping advisor. David Potter (in cosmetics and fragrances) was excellent to work with. He is a Guerlain Ambassador but he was extremely knowledgable about all fragrance brands and scents. He was very helpful and did not pressure me whatsoever. Highly recommend working with him if you are trying to find a new signature scent.

Pretentious and rude employees. I ordered a purse online for my girlfriend and the website clearly stated that if I ordered before noon I could pickup the same day. I went to the store about 4 hours later and the employee said my order was not available yet. I could see the purse that I bought IN STORE but I had to repurchase the purse and get a refund for my online order. Save your hard earned money and buy at another store to avoid the rudeness and misleading website.

See Damian for fragrance purchases! - My favorite person at Neiman Marcus. Always makes you feel special and welcome. I've never really thought about where I was buying perfume until I went to Neiman Marcus. I've also made purchases in other departments, all the staff were helpful and welcoming. Damian stood out though. Always enjoy shopping at this store

I called the Rep yesterday and had an inquiry. He placed me on hold for me to talk to someone at the shoe department as my question was for GG sneakers they supposedly carry at this store. After being on hold for 10 minutes I suddenly hear a guy talking, sounded very irate, stating “we don’t speak to customers, you tell her” and then the call went silent as if I was placed on mute. Wow! This individual probably shouldn’t be working at Neiman and I am from outer State who never experienced such behavior from NM employee. I decided to go elsewhere for my purchase because definitely this store is not with my attention, time, and money; and it does not seem like they care either about customers experience.
